We had a truly memorable stay for the seven nights we stayed in Istanbul.
The hotel had a marvellous and perfect location right next to Sokollu Mehmet Pasa Mosque. We found it in a good area really close to the metro station and Tram station about 30 M away.

I had a fantastic stay at Sorriso Hotel in Istanbul. The location was unbeatable, with the tram stop just steps away and all the top tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel rooms werevery comfy and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Despite a few minor inconveniences like noise from other rooms and a small room size, I had a positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend Sorriso Hotel for a great stay in Istanbul.

The Hotel staff. We booked (through Booked.net) for 6 nights, we were asked for the passport the 1st day and when we asked for them back they said: you can hav your passport when you pay... With these exact words, unbelievable! I've never been so insulted, and I still don't understand, the booking is made using a credit card which ensures the payment, and I told them, but even so... Is just so rude and insulting, what were they thinking that we were going to leave without paying!!?? Also the breakfast is quite awful, they don't have any fruit at all, and they had a basket with oranges to make juice (for which they charge you 5 extra Tl.) , I took one and they went mad, they made me pay for it, ridiculous..

Located close to the Aksaray metro station, this hotel is very well-connected to all the tourist attractions. Tram and metro stations are nearby providing guests with easy transportation options. the hotel offers spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities to make your stay more comfortable. the staff are friendly and always ready to assist, providing impeccable service.
The hotel management needs to work on the sound insulation of the windows as the street noise can be heard inside the rooms.

This hotel is perfectly located, just two minutes walk from the tram station and ten minutes from the metro station. It's close to all the main attractions and the efficient tram system makes getting around a breeze. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of options. Plus, the hotel has a beautiful garden and outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
It can get a bit noisy at times, especially if you're on a lower floor facing the street.

I've stayed in the hotel only two days. I really liked the location, because it is close to every mosk, museum and shopping in Laleli. Staff was rather friendly and supportive. Room was rather clean. My purpose of a stay was a good location so I was quite satisfied with that.
The worst part is that with the good location you get a traffic outside and train which is very noisy. So I would not reccomend to book this hotels for families! The single room is very small! If you are going as a couple so you'd better book a double room which is more specious and more bigger. I had a room that faced the road so I got up at 7 o'clock with the traffic:))) none speaks good English, so it was good that I knew SMTHING it Turkish.)

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was right in the heart of the central city area. Plus, the tram line right outside the hotel made it incredibly easy to reach all the popular tourist spots in under 5 minutes.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the center of old Istanbul. The location, service, and amenities provided were truly outstanding.

The hotel is very clean. The room was cleaned well. Very pleased that there are robes and electric kettle in the room. The staff is attentive and friendly. For those who likes to be away from the tourists and closer to the residents of the city this hotel is a great place.
Poor soundproofing. If the neighbors very noisy so you could heard them.

Great stay! the hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant area with a lot of shops and restaurants around. it's very close to the main tourist attractions which is perfect for a city trip. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options for everyone.
The room was not as clean as we expected, and the bathroom was quite small. We also had some issues with the noise from the street during the night.
